NRCA holds this meeting annual to help members with the Classic Assembled Vehicle process.  This process allows you to get a title for a vehicle 30 years old or older which has been assembled with parts essentially the same as original.  This requires an inspection by a certified car club member - one who has been certified as knowledgeable on your make and model.   Here is what you can expect at this seminar.

2.  You can ask questions from those who have used to process -- helping you understand and making your effort easier.

3. You can have your vehicle inspected if you bring it

4.  There will be NRCA inspectors available at the meeting
