At the NRCA members meeting, held November 10th at Kearney Nebraska, incoming President, Kevin Uhler, thanked outgoing President, Brad Kernick, for his 7 years of service to NRCA.  Thank you Brad for everything you have done for our organization and we look forward to more contributions in the future.
