Most likely the oldest active car club in Nebraska, the Rebels started in 1955 when a group of 30 young men gathered to form a car club. Their mission (probably did not use that word then) was to promote safer and more courteous driving.  They were active in promoting hot rodding, drag racing and car shows.  The group did as many have dwindle and fade ---- but was resurrected in 1998, we are told and has been a very vibrant group since. This is there 17th show and the setting in Pioneer's Park is just great.  We give them two thumbs up - great club, cars, people and show.
